The filings feed

5 min read · updated 2026-06-11

The Filings page is a live feed of regulatory filings for the symbols you care about — your watchlist plus anything you currently hold. Data comes straight from SEC EDGAR, the SEC’s free public filings database; there’s no paid data vendor in the loop.

What’s in the feed

  • Material events (8-K) — the catch-all disclosure for things that move stocks: leadership changes, acquisitions, changed profit forecasts, corrected past financial reports
  • Insider activity (Form 4) — officer and director buys/sells, filed within two business days of the trade
  • Earnings calendar — upcoming report dates for tracked symbols

Filtering

The filter buttons in the header narrow the feed — All shows material events beside the earnings calendar; 8-K and Insider isolate one form type; Earnings shows only the calendar. Your filter choice becomes part of the page’s web address, so you can share a filtered view as a link and it survives a refresh.
