Liquidate everything

Liquidate immediately sells every position at the going market price (“market orders”) in the active environment (paper or live — whichever the badge shows). It is the most consequential button in the product and is treated accordingly.

The confirm flow

The modal shows a sell summary first — the positions to be closed, their estimated proceeds, and any open orders affected — so you see exactly what the lever does before arming it. Then type LIQUIDATE, exactly. The button stays disabled until the text matches, and SleeveFolio’s systems independently re-check the typed phrase before acting — a misbehaving page can’t skip the confirmation.

What happens

• Open orders are cancelled first, so nothing fills mid-liquidation
• Every position is closed with market orders
• The action is recorded in your audit log and sent to every notification channel you’ve enabled

Keyboard: ⌘⇧L opens the same confirm — the shortcut never skips the typed phrase.
