SleeveFolio has two plans. Free is the full product in paper mode; Pro ($19/month) unlocks live trading and bigger working room. Pro isn’t open for signup yet: we’re still finishing the safety groundwork before real money is involved, so today everyone is on Free with paper (practice) trading.

Where limits are enforced
By SleeveFolio’s own systems, from one shared record of your plan: the universe editor, audit-history cleanup, and the live-trading checks can never disagree about your tier. Pro’s 7-year audit retention exists for a practical reason: the IRS can examine returns up to six years back; 7 years outlasts that. One routine exception: clean background broker checks (the reconciliation entries that found no differences) don’t keep the 7-year window — Pro keeps them 90 days, with an archived copy after that. Pro is not the gate
Upgrading doesn’t flip you live: it makes you eligible. Live trading still requires the two safety checks and the enable ceremony.
