Invoices & payment methods

Cards and invoices are managed in the Stripe customer portal, opened from the payment-method card under Settings → Billing. SleeveFolio never sees or stores card numbers — Stripe holds them end to end.

What you can do in the portal

  • Update or replace the card on file
  • Download invoices for past billing periods
  • Review upcoming charges

Failed payments

If a renewal charge fails, Stripe retries on its standard schedule. While a subscription is past due, live trading is suspended. The block is enforced by SleeveFolio’s own systems — not just the page you see — and it checks whether your billing is current, not just which plan you bought. Fixing the card in the portal restores everything as soon as the charge lands.
