Delete your account

Account deletion is immediate, type-to-confirm, and irreversible. From Settings → Account, type your account email exactly to arm the button. When you confirm, removal happens right away: there is no grace period and no undo.

What gets deleted

Your account record and everything attached to it in SleeveFolio’s database: profile, encrypted broker keys, positions and purchase lots (the individual buy batches behind each position), orders and fills, signals, caps, backtests, strategies, notifications, sessions, recovery codes, and your audit events. Your live records are erased immediately: not hidden, not just marked deleted; they are gone. A copy of your audit log is archived for compliance and retained as set out in the privacy policy. Any active subscription is cancelled with Stripe immediately.

What is NOT touched

Your brokerage account. Positions, orders, and cash at Alpaca belong to you and live at the broker; deleting SleeveFolio doesn’t reach into them. Manage anything open from the Alpaca dashboard after you leave.
